Engagement Search may be used for ongoing openings which are urgent in nature but for which a full retained search is not appropriate.  Many clients prefer this option to Contingency Search due to the additional benefits received relative the modest financial commitment.  If this is the best solution for your needs, we will provide the following:

• preferential dedication of services of our professionally-trained in-house recruiters after we’ve first allocated resources to our current load of Retained assignments

• our proven ability to identify, qualify, and recruit candidates interested in exploring your opportunity

• our unique approach to presenting your opportunity, consistently mentioned by candidates as the reason they’ll explore a position through Lechner & Associates, even if they’d previously heard about the same position through another source

• our comprehensive, “client-first” pre-closing approach at time of offer, following the candidate through resignation, counter-offer, relocation (if applicable), and actual start with your organization

• our detailed evaluation of each prospective candidate with regard to their professional qualifications, goals and career aspirations, personal situation, and potential cultural fit with your organization

• leverage of our extensive proprietary database of candidates throughout the consulting and insurance industries

• semi-exclusive presentation of candidates is offered for this Search – prior to presenting the same candidate to any other client,  you are fully advised of any other scenario of interest to the candidate

• our transcript style, thorough, confidential reference checks with previous supervisors (no peer or subordinate references)

• ongoing progress reports regarding the status of your search

• fee terms calculated as 30% of the estimated first year’s cash compensation (base salary, annual bonuses, and signing bonuses), with 10% due upon signing of the contract and 90% balance due only upon successful placement of winning candidate

• 90 day unconditional guarantee offering your choice of replacement or prorated refund provided placement fee is received within 45 days of candidate acceptance
