Our Retained Search option offers a complete, full-service search with a dedicated project team assigned to your search until it is completed.  Our retained search option is used at all levels where there is a critical need which must be filled within a short period of time.  If this is the best solution for your needs, we will provide the following:

•  preferential allocation of services of our professionally-trained in-house recruiters above all other Engagement and Contingency assignments

• our proven ability to identify, qualify, and recruit candidates interested in exploring your opportunity

• our unique approach to presenting your opportunity, consistently mentioned by candidates as the reason they'lll explore a position through Lechner & Associates, even if they'd previously heard about the same position through another source

• our detailed evaluation of each prospective candidate with regard to their professional qualifications, goals and career aspirations, personal situation, and potential cultural fit with your organization

• exclusive presentation of candidates - we will not present the same candidates to any other client until you choose to pass or make the hire

• our transcript style, thorough, confidential reference checks with previous supervisors (no peer references)

• our comprehensive, "client-first" pre-closing approach at time of offer, following the candidate through resignation, counter-offer, relocation (if applicable), and actual start with your organization

• leverage of our extensive proprietary database of candidates throughout the consulting and insurance industries

• progress reports to the level of detail and frequency you request 

• fee terms calculated as 35% of the estimated first year's compensation (base salary, annual bonuses, and signing bonuses), with 1/3 due upon signing of the contract, 1/3 due upon presentation of the short list of candidates, and 1/3 due 30 days following the acceptance of the winning candidate
